Holistic Lady Counseling is a company that serves women and their families providing a holistic approach to their needs. Holistic therapy assesses the whole person, not just their psychological symptoms. Our goal is to help our clients develop increased awareness of their whole self (mind, body and soul) to support health and healing.

CBT focuses on challenging and changing unhelpful cognitive distortions and behaviors, improving emotional regulation, and the development of personal coping strategies that target solving current problems.

Christian counseling combines your faith with the principles of psychology to improve your mental health and relationships. More specifically, this therapy approach uses scripture and biblical teachings to help you deal with life’s challenges.

The aim of motivational interviewing is to encourage the clients to become an active participant in the change process. It helps them resolve ambivalent feelings and insecurities to  internal motivation they need to change their behavior. 

Person-centered therapy uses a non-authoritative approach that allows clients to take more of a lead in discussions so that, in the process, they will discover their own solutions.

A goal-oriented approach that highlights a client’s ability to solve problems, rather than why or how the problem was created. The client is able to developed goals that they would like to achieve in the future

Strength-based therapy involves clients and therapists working together to use a client’s strengths and abilities to instill a sense of purpose within them.

Trauma focused therapy is a specific approach to therapy that recognizes and emphasizes understanding how the traumatic experience impacts an individual’s  mental, behavioral, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being.
